"We had the pleasure of staying here just after Christmas this year, and it was great! This was our first time ever renting from anyone, and Justyna made it super easy and answered all my questions. We wish we could have used the pool and were informed in advance that it was currently not usable due to the heater needing a part. Other than that, it was a great place to stay with our family of 5—nice and close to the beach and not too far of a drive or walk to many other places in the area!"

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for quite a long time as we were displaced by Hurricane Helene. The space and all the comforts of home made the transition easy, and the community and owners were very accommodating for my special-needs son. The walk to the beach was close and easy. Their cleaner came a few times during our nearly two-month stay and did an awesome job. Everything was perfect for our unplanned visit, and I will continue to recommend this condo to friends and family. It was a great stay!"

"Great Stay at Gulf Coast 107"
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Coast 107 during the December 2024 holidays. The host, Justyna, was gracious, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We loved the 2 bedrooms, spacious living/dining room, large kitchen island, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and relaxing on the balcony with its marsh views—perfect for bird watching.

This cozy condo has so many nice touches and extras, like coffee, beach supplies, phone chargers, and more, making it feel like home. The location is perfect—between the beach and the bay, with safe walking and biking lanes and easy access to nearby businesses. The sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the ocean were marvelous!

One of our favorite spots was the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, which is back up and running after Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Speaking of the hurricanes, this condo has no storm-related damage, and the area is recovering well.

We stay in this area regularly, and this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you, Justyna, for the exceptional customer service and ensuring we had a wonderful stay!"
